So I went on my customary décor reconnaissance, as I do whenever I have a chance to travel, but this time in the Marais district of Paris. It was a rainy day, but Paris is spectacular even when lighting strikes! I had a quick quiche for lunch at a typical sidewalk café and across the street something caught my eye…the eclectic window display at Les Mille Feuilles. The catchy name, which literally means ¨thousand-leaf¨ is also a delicious French custard-filled pastry. So…I got tempted and went inside. Pierre, the owner received me graciously and happily told me about all the amazing pieces in his shop. Hope you enjoy the visit as much as I did!
